Processing Time
Custom badge pairs are made to order. Current processing time is 5-7 business days before shipping.
Shipping
Orders ship from California using the cheapest available USPS service for the destination ZIP code. Delivery estimates begin after the 5-7 business day processing window.
Custom Items
Each item is inspected before shipping. Because the badges are 3D printed and custom-made, small print-layer marks or minor imperfections may be present. They are generally not visible from normal viewing distance.
Returns
If your custom item does not meet expectations, request a return. Approved returns are eligible for a refund of half the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
